Through this internship, I learned the importance of humility; understanding that no matter how much I learn, there is so much value in discussion and critiques from colleagues and stakeholders. I also found it helpful to be curious in understanding other projects and how other teams operate.

One big learning was that there is no right answer when it comes to data; a lot of it falls under a gray area, and it comes down to making smart decisions based on different perspectives. I learned to rely on my human resources: my team, my manager, and my acumen to find the relevant results and overall be proactive in my approach.

While composing our report and presentation to showcase our findings my ability to articulate complex technical content in an accessible manner was honed. In marketing, communicating effectively with diverse audiences, including customers, stakeholders, and team members, is vital.

My role in this project has significantly sharpened my analytical skills and strategic thinking. I dealt with a lot of data and through analysis, I extracted key insights that were not only relevant for the project but also showcased my ability to distill information into understandable and actionable points. In a marketing role, these skills translate into the ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven marketing strategies. I learned that data is meaningless without insight and there are many ways to effectively employ it.
